Advanced Restoration Corporation's Disaster and Emergency Response Team responded to a call from a client who managed a commercial building on Long Island that had just suffered property damage from a clean water intrusion due to frozen pipe, late on a Friday afternoon.

Due to the many different tenants that had suffered from the effects of water damage, there would be multiple insurance claims to manage during the water damage restoration clean up.

Advanced Restoration responded immediately to perform emergency water removal services. Once the emergency water extraction was performed, drying out of all the building materials that had suffered from the effects of water damage in the nine different suites and numerous common hallways.

The structural drying equipment we setup to reduce the moisture content levels of the building material that had suffered from the effects of water damage was only installed onsite for 4 days. The jobsite was monitored daily and the phsychrometric readings were logged durig each site inspection.

Our client was very pleased with the work of our Water Damage Clean Up crews. Because of our immediate response to their water damage insurance claims, we were able to minimize the amount of property damage to the wet building materials that had suffered from the effects of water damage. And their tenants incurred very little business interuption during the disaster restoration process.
