​At long last, the first floor of our home at --- in East Hampton is fully back together.  The floors are repaired and look great, the damaged rugs have been replaced and the furniture, objects and books are back in place.  I want to say how wildly impressed we have been with Chubb throughout this challenging process.  Perhaps more importantly, Carol Gordon and her associates at Advanced Restoration were nothing less than exceptional.  Their quick initial response played a significant role in limiting the water damage.  Finally, they kept photos of how everything was and put countless books, art and pieces of porcelain back perfectly and without any damage.  They were simply terrific and you and they have our warmest thanks.
